Hello! Only a little catch up from me today. I’ve had a slow start to this week, but it’s been quite a busy start to the year overall. I’ve been really focusing on keeping in a good routine and working on schedule my blog posts over the weekends, so there hasn’t been a lot of downtime at all. Which, in all honesty, I actually love, because I feel best when I know I’ve been productive, and always beat myself up a bit if I have a slobby weekend. Equally, I do truly think we all need a detox weekend now and again to really refresh ourselves mentally, as well as physically too. And last weekend that is exactly what I did. As you can see I headed out to the countryside, the middle of nowhere, with some family, where we spent the weekend chilling, eating and plating games. It was exactly what I needed and has left me feeling so refreshed to get back into my work.
So on that note, I’ll keep it short and sweet and leave you with these few snaps from my detox weekend. I’m very excited for my next weekend like this, but until next time, I’m feeling positive about cracking on with work for the time being!
