Happy Sunday you lovely people! It’s starting to get really cold outside now, which is bloody fab, and only means one thing for Sundays… wrap up in my trusty camel coat and head to the Christmas markets for a toasty mug of mulled wine under the giant Santa in Albert’s Square. No, I do not care that it is ‘only November’. The lead up to Christmas is the best bit and goes all too quickly, so why not make the absolute most of it? I certainly am not one to say no to a mulled wine just because of that month it is, where’s the fun in that?
I’ve had this trusty pair of Missguided Mom Jeans for years now, I know, I know Missguided for a trusty pair of jeans, who knew?! Anyway, I’ve always opted to wear them rolled up which gives the classic Mom style, but after binging on Stranger Things 2, the 80’s vibes were flowing and I found myself rocking them as a retro straight leg look, and kinda liked it. What do you think? Also, I feel like I’m hiding something from you if I just move on from this point like nothing has happened… unpopular opinion alert… I wasn’t hugely into Stranger Things. Admittedly I slept through a large portion of the first series, but I did try to reconcile and dedicate myself to watching the second series properly. But I just still didn’t get the hype. I love the style and theme of the show, and the way it’s shot makes it cool to watch, and the characters are great. But the storyline, I don’t rate it. Sorry if that upsets you, you can enjoy whatever is next to come for me as-well (as I’m sure they will continue to milk the hype).
So that’s what I did earlier, and now I’m sat enjoying my chilled Sunday evening prepping this blog post whilst Luke cooks a Sunday dinner for me. He’s a bloody good egg.
Enjoy the rest of your Sunday guys ✌
